23 Love Lane Hotel, formerly the Oasis Hotel, has 10 suites, each with a different theme. All rooms include: an iPod docking station, a minibar, and an espresso machine. The Straits Eclectic Building has four rooms (two on the ground floor, two on the first floor) accessible via the Chinese Indian Terrace; Straits Eclectic 1 is designed for physically challenged guests, with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The 1920's Jack Roof Annex features black and white blinds and bold artwork. The Indian Shop House is a duplex suited for families, with a king-size bed downstairs and two single beds (or another king-size) upstairs. The Muntri Suites, located a 3-minute walk from the main building, include three-bedroom pre-war shop houses that can be rented as a whole or as separate suites. The Stewart Suite includes a kitchenette, a living and dining area, and a Jacuzzi.

The hotel serves breakfast in the restaurant and afternoon tea at the lobby bar, both located in the main building. A simple menu offers premium cut steak, served with fries and salad.
