Guests can select from the 'Sweetheart Room' with one queen canopy bed, 3 Room Suite, or Traditional Rooms with one queen bed, two double beds, or two queen beds and a full private bath. All six suites have a ground floor entrance from an exterior wicker-filled country porch. Each suite features one grand room with a king size bed, dining area, living area, and a gas fireplace. Bathrooms include showers and dual whirlpool tubs. Suite 201 offers a kitchenette. The Barnside Luxury Suites feature six unique period styles with hand chosen antiques.

Guests can enjoy Pondside's spring-fed duck pond, a heated outdoor swimming pool, and Brookside's gazebo and patio tables along Hemlock Brook between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Complimentary wireless internet is available in each guest room, on the porch, and in the breakfast room. The inn also provides venue rental, customizable menus and bar packages, and breakfast.
