Each suite is named after a Triple Crown-winning racehorse. Suites feature white oak floors, fully tiled bathrooms, and heated floors. Each suite provides personally-regulated microclimate control and art. The Secretariat Suite, on the second level, includes a CertiPUR-US(R) certified memory foam king-size bed with percale linens, microfiber pillows, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The Secretariat Suite's bathroom has a soaking tub, double vanity, curbless shower, and heated floor. Count Fleet Suite, on the second level, features exposed brick. Seattle Slew Suite is located on the second level. Sir Barton Suite is also on the second level. War Admiral Suite is located on the first level and is ADA accessible.
