The communal areas felt luxurious. The lighting and fabrics gave a beautiful ambiance. The location is PERFECT in the plaza. I found ski lockers near the lifts very convenient for access. The breakfast was excellent, too.
The rooms felt slightly dated compared to the communal areas, which I noticed a little.

The staff provided helpful assistance with directions and information. Concierge services were available 24/7, assisting with luggage and travel arrangements. There was also a currency exchange service available at the front desk.

Our twin room included two comfortable beds. There was a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. The room had a tv with satellite channels plus a safety deposit box was in the closet.

The rooms felt outdated. They definitely need some attention. I could hear everything happening in the hallway at night. The noise made it difficult to sleep well and also the television in the room was quite small. The internet connection was unstable, too. It.

the restaurant and bar are nice public spaces. breakfast was great and had many choices. it was a buffet style.
the family room was not renovated, a disappointment. i saw a hole in the wall, and the bathroom had humidity. people at reception did not seem to care when i shared this.
