Tented Suite Accommodations
Zannier Sonop offers ten tented suites built on granite boulders. One-bedroom tents (42 sqm) accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (6-12 years), featuring a king-size bed (convertible to twin), a living area, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower. Two-bedroom tents (75 sqm) accommodate 4 adults and 2 children (6-12 years), including two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a shared living area. All rooms include air conditioning, roll-up canvas walls, Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine, and a telescope.
Safari Dining Experience
The lodge offers a gastronomic restaurant and a cocktail and cigar lounge. Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Light dishes are available at noon. The pool bar serves drinks and small bites from 11 AM to 5 PM. A five-course gala dinner is served at 8 PM. The cocktail and cigar lounge offers cocktails and spirits.
Desert Activities
Zannier Sonop offers a year-round outdoor pool, gym, and spa with treatment rooms. Activities include horse riding, cycling, hot air balloon safaris, and guided nature walks. Stargazing and an open-air cinema are available after dark. The lodge has its own stables.
Namib Desert Location
Located in the Namib Desert, Zannier Sonop is 20km from Betta and 250km south of Mariental. The lodge is accessible via its own landing strip for small aircraft. Transfers to Windhoek, Sossuvlei, and Hosea Kutako International Airport can be arranged.
Guest Services
Zannier Sonop provides a 24-hour reception. The lodge offers full board with all beverages except premium spirits and Champagne. Laundry facilities are available. Custom excursions can be organized upon request.
