The staff was very polite. The facilities were great, especially the gym. It was well-equipped. The hotel was dog-friendly (this was important to me). The location allowed easy access to nice areas for walking my dog near the river.

Upon checking in, the air conditioning in my room was not functional. This made the room too warm (it was uncomfortable). the process took some time.

the air conditioning barely worked and did not cool the room sufficiently, this. i had expected a more effective system for climate control. the lack of proper cooling impacted my overall comfort.
