I found the staff helpful. They provided luggage service, a big plus for travelers. The bathroom had a great design, with a separate shower and toilet.

My room was smaller than expected during my trip through Japan. I found the floor to be a bit thin. I could hear people walking in the corridor (it was a bit disturbing).

The room felt fresh upon arrival. Air conditioning worked efficiently. The windows featured crinkle glass offering both light and privacy, so i could open them a little for fresh air. The breakfast was a highlight, with a mix of international and local items. I especially enjoyed the cinnamon mochi strips.

I noticed that there was no powerpoint near a mirror. This made getting ready a little tricky.

The hotel provides washing machines, a great help . Vending machines are located on each floor, so it is easy to get drinks. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals and late departures.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in early as my room was ready. Skincare items were available at the check-in counter, so i could choose what i needed.
