I found the hotel grounds very well kept. Beautiful plants, trees, shrubs, and grass were present. The staff supported and assisted me whenever I needed directions. (It was really helpful!)
The air conditioning in my room was inconsistent. The reception desk was informed, but the issue persisted despite attempts to fix it. I also noted that breakfast had a limited menu.

the staff was very cute, very friendly. the entire compound was clean. i liked that the compound was peaceful and quiet.
i noticed a large gap under the door to my room. this meant mosquitos could get in. i reported quite a bit of water on the bathroom floor upon arrival but it was never taken care of.

The bbq ribs were really good. A very good food. the food served for all three meals was also very good. the value for the money was great, and so was the restaurant food.

the service was above and beyond excellent and i charmed for that. the general manager is personable. our housekeeper was the sweetest and kindest woman. the staff is wonderful.

i really enjoyed the helpful beach attendant. he always helped me. security was available often, day and night. karen at the gate helped me with taxis TO town.
the air con was inconsistent in my room. i told the front desk but it still showed the same error. i told the maintenance man but he left me in a HOT room.
