A five to seven-course degustation menu can be tailored by the Chef. The Chef rarely repeats the same dishes. Guests are offered to enjoy a Romantic Sunset Picnic on the White Palm rooftop, garden, or Balangan beach. Guests are invited to select their breakfast, and complete it with sparkling wine or Champagne. Guests will also learn about the products, their health benefit, history within the region, and how to maintain and cook the ingredient for an unforgettable final dish.
