A five to seven-course degustation menu can be tailored by the Chef. The Chef rarely repeats the same dishes. Guests are offered to enjoy a Romantic Sunset Picnic on the White Palm rooftop, garden, or Balangan beach. Guests are invited to select their breakfast, and complete it with sparkling wine or Champagne.
