the breakfast included a wide range of choices and it was delicious (especially the cornwall breakfast!). the location is quite central and it has easy access to the train station, great for convenient exploration of surrounding areas.
The building felt a bit dated with some wear noticeable. A bit of refreshing with new decoration or flooring would enhance the overall appeal.

the staff were very friendly. they were always wanting to help with everything i needed. the dinner menu was extensive and provided good value for money.
my room faced the street. the street level room was quite noisy and felt unsafe. lights from passing traffic shone through the windows making it difficult to sleep well. it was not really suitable for a family.

the breakfast was fantastic. the staff were lovely! they welcomed me warmly! the room was clean and it had plenty of tea and coffee.
The wifi did not reach my room, a bummer. i also could not turn the bathroom radiator down, so it was quite warm. This was annoying!
