temperamental air conditioning limited channels
The air conditioning was definitely temperamental. it seemed stuck on one setting no matter what adjustments i made. also, the television had limited channels. Most were just static. i had hoped for a better selection during my downtime. it was disappointing. I expected more entertainment options. the static was quite annoying.

the staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests i had. the hotel provided a free shuttle service which was a great help to get to the terminals on time i found the room clean and well maintained.

The proximity to the airport was very convenient. I walked to the hotel in just a few minutes. The room was spacious. I had enough space for all my luggage. The staff assisted quickly with directions when needed.
The restaurant was somewhat crowded during breakfast. I had to wait a little for a table, but everything else was perfect!

cold staff broken escalator
the location was acceptable since it was close to the airport.
The hotel seemed old, and the staff looked cold. there was little effort to. the escalator wasn't working. This added to the inconvenience, especially with heavy bags and seniors.
