Villa Venezia offers 11 air-conditioned accommodations accessible via exterior corridors. This accessible room is on the ground floor with wider doorways measuring 35 inches wide to the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has grab bars, a bench for the tub and an adjustable toilet seat (per request). A portable ramp to enter the apartment door (width: 33 inches) can be requested. One designated parking spot for accessible parking located directly outside gate entrance for a semi-private entry. Deluxe apartments on the 1st level feature a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. Some apartments include a private balcony overlooking the canal and pool, while others offer water views and outdoor seating areas. Waterfront apartments feature balconies overlooking the canal.
