Location and Transportation
Hotel Villa Edera is 250 metres from the main vaporetto landing that connects to Venice and St Mark's Square. The public waterbus takes you to St Mark's Square in 10 minutes. It is located within 2 minutes from the public landings to St Mark's Square stop. From Santa Lucia railway station, take the direct line 5.1 boat to Lido (30 minutes). From Marco Polo Airport, take the motorboat provided by ALILAGUNA to Lido (55 minutes). Another option from the airport is to take the public bus number 5 to Piazzale Roma and then vaporetto 5.1 to Lido.
Getting to the Hotel
From the highway, follow the signs for "Venice" until the end of the bridge over the lagoon, then follow indications for "Tronchetto - Park." Take the ferry-boat carrying cars directly to the Lido (30 minutes journey). From Treviso Airport, catch the bus ATVO to Piazzale Roma and then take vaporetto line 5.1 direct to the Lido (30 minutes). Once at Venice Lido, follow the main avenue across the square for about 150 meters, until you see 'via Negroponte street' (third street on left side ). The hotel is a few steps down the street.
