the location was convenient and accessible to nearby amenities.

the room was not clean to acceptable standards. i saw stains on the carpet and the shower was not properly cleaned either. the pictures online give a very misleading impression of the actual condition. the furniture and doors were damaged and i felt the room was dimly lit.
