If my flight arrives at PQC airport between 5 PM and 7 PM, will there be an airport shuttle service available?

The complimentary shuttle service runs at specified times. However, the last pick-up for airport pick-up to the hotel is at 6 PM. Therefore, it won't be available for flights landing between 5 PM and 7 PM.
Is it possible to receive the Hon Thom cable car and water park tickets before my 2 PM check-in?
