Casa da Árvore is a multilevel treehouse built from recycled wood, featuring a straw roof, double showers, and a hot tub. Estúdio includes an indoor/outdoor bathroom with a vertical garden and tree-trunk sinks. Eugênia, the largest casa, has a master suite, a private pool, and an indoor/outdoor kitchen with fruit trees. Seu Irênio faces the Quadrado and includes a soaking tub with sky views and a private garden pool. Seu João, designed as a fisherman's house, features a private pool, an outdoor shower, and a bathroom with tree-trunk sinks. Seu Pedrinho offers views of Quadrado Square and includes hardwood floors, a bar, and a private garden. Some casas have flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, and fully equipped kitchens.
