i found the hotel very clean and warm the view from my room was amazing anastasia was very cute during check in i had no issues. the location was superb the staff helped me with everything i needed. it was clean and everything functioned well the ac was efficient and quiet.

the shower was a bit small but this was not a big issue for me the bar was not always open.

The hotel's location is really good, close to key attractions. The bomb shelter has beds plus fast WiFi (a great reassurance). I found the staff to be very helpful. The room was also very clean, I must say.

The shower was a bit small (though perfectly functional).

the location was excellent, right next to independence square. the staff members were all friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast very good. dinner was great with a staff that was eager to please. the shelter provided water and beds, very helpful.

returning in the evening, the lighting was minimal on my floor, making it uncomfortable to find my room.
