The staff was friendly. They made sure I had everything I needed. The chef prepared delicious Sri Lankan curry upon request. The customer service provided was excellent. I will gladly return to this hotel again.

I noticed the gym equipment was somewhat outdated. Upgrading it could improve the fitness area. I hope that this area is renovated when the hotel is less busy.

the staff maintained the grounds beautifully and had lovely SMILES.

I booked a tuk tuk through reception, and they tried to extort more money upon our return. Neither the receptionist nor the manager helped. also, breakfast was unimpressive. The papaya juice tasted VERY watered-down.
