The reception staff was very helpful. They upgraded me to a bigger room! The location is very convenient. The hotel is super tidy. the room was spacious enough.
The room was not cleaned very well though the bed was made each day

excellent location friendly staff
the location is excellent near the ferry port. i found the staff to be friendly. breakfast was good with many savory options. it.
the pool was small. only a few loungers were available. it was also in the shade most of the day.
