I found the staff really attentive. They were very responsive to requests. the breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold items. the room featured a very effective air conditioning system. the hotel offers easy access to public transport, a definite plus.
the elevators were a bit slow, requiring some patience during peak times.

warm welcome comfortable bed soft pillows
the staff offered a warm welcome and assistance. my room included a comfortable bed and soft pillows. the rooftop restaurant provided a beautiful view during breakfast. i found the hotel very clean.

an OK, but noisy, stay

street noise slow elevators
the location was OK, it was easy enough to walk to some places.
I encountered several issues that lowered my opinion of this place. the noise from the street was terrible, EVEN with the windows closed. I could hear traffic all night. also, the elevators seemed really old and were VERY slow. I often waited a long time for a ride.

the hotel was near the omonoia square metro station. it made it easy to travel. the national archaeological museum was a short walk. staff helped me with a plug adapter. the rooftop restaurant has fine acropolis views. dina at the service always had a smile.
the elevators are old, with doors i open MYSELF.
