The staff was amazing! The check-in was fast and easy! The room was really clean and spacious! The hotel's central location let me explore the city easily! The parking was nice!

The room was only cleaned once during my three-night stay. I found that odd! I told the reception that the room hadn't been cleaned and the bed wasn't made! The receptionist just said the cleaners were busy!

the room was excellent and the facilities were lovely. the staff were professional and friendly. the location is central, a definite plus. breakfast had fresh ingredients and lots of variety.

the room was only cleaned once . when i informed reception, the receptionist said the cleaners were too busy. no apology was offered.

The room cleaning was seriously lacking. they apparently just moved the bed sheets around. I even found a pillow still inside the sheets one day. the breakfast price seemed way too high, honestly.
