team warmth early arrival helpful staff infinity pool
the team displayed genuine warmth. i appreciated their accommodation when we arrived a day early. the staff helped us with our gear, so it felt effortless. the heated outdoor infinity pool was also perfect after a day of skiing.
i would mention that the evening meal didn't quite match the hotel price point, it was good, but not amazing.

the staff was professional, attentive. many staff members had worked there for a long time. some staff were new or on hotel school training, but all seemed excellent and helpful.

the location is very convenient with ski-in and ski-out access. the position is right next to the chairlift, so it is ideal for skiing. the ski hire is on site.

the hotel features a spa with a steamy hammam and red light therapy saunas. the wellness area is excellent and very relaxing. the sun terrace provides a great spot after skiing.

the breakfast buffet offered a great variety with fresh options. lunch selections were lovely, especially enjoyed on the terrace. dinner menus were good, with fondue as a top recommendation.
