The staff were helpful. They were pretty good. the location was superb, i walked to many attractions easily. the artwork throughout the hotel added a special touch. It definitely.
i found a small stain on one of the towels, but it was promptly replaced upon request.

the hotel features a small gym with two treadmills and a stationary bike. a guest laundry is available, equipped with two washers and dryers. there is also an on-site restaurant offering breakfast and dinner services.

The hotel is a very short walk from the beach. It takes only about five minutes. several restaurants and cafes are located within a two-block radius. there is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel, providing easy access to other parts of the city.

convenient location tram stop clean room no elevator broken shutter open pastries
The location was very convenient. Tram stops, restaurants, and shops were just outside. I also appreciated that St Kilda beach was just a few minutes walk away. The room was well cleaned.
There was no elevator. I had to carry my luggage up two floors. Some window and shutter closures did not work, I also heard the shower draining all night. There were opened pastries in the cupboards.
