the staff are so friendly. i even got a free upgrade. i had a double or twin room and it was very spacious. i like that the hotel sits close to the main square.
my rooms bathroom wasnt properly cleaned i see hairs all around the sink. i noticed dusty spots too. the room it get hot and the air conditioning do not work good. it gets very dark in the hallway because there is little lighting.

The location was very central. It allowed easy access to many restaurants. The staff was professional and helpful. Underground parking was available for our car..
The rooms seemed a bit outdated. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. I noticed hairs around the sink and dusty spots. The experience did not fully meet the expectations set by a 4-star rating.

The hotel is in the city center. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. We received a higher standard room than what we had booked. The room and lounge were clean and of a high standard.
i found receiving information through the phone from the reservations desk a bit difficult.

The steam sauna wasn't working, a real letdown after a long day. i found areas around the pool with rust. loose parts were also present, posing a potential injury risk. i was rudely told to bring towels from my room. Not very helpful at all!!!
