fantastic location nice room working air conditioning basic hotel missing shampoo lukewarm water

The location is fantastic for the beach and nightlife. The room was nice. Air conditioning worked well.

The hotel is quite basic and needs a refresh. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. Water was lukewarm at best.

prime location clean room excellent housekeeping

the location was amazing!!! everything was within walking distance, so convenient. the room was clean and i found it very comfortable. the housekeeping team really kept it up.

The checkout time felt excessively late. 4 Pm is quite a wait to access the room.

the location is great. it's steps to the beach. the pool and loungers were nice. the in house restaurant was good too.

only soap was provided in the bathroom. there was no shampoo or anything else. electrical outlets were behind furniture low on the wall. a hairdryer was borrowed from the front desk but i could not use it.

my room was well prepared. i appreciated that the hotel provided what i needed . i found many dining options nearby, very convenient. the hotel sits across the road from dover beach, offering easy access for beachgoers.

amenities such as soap and shampoo could use some improvement. it was a minor issue, but worth noting .
