“I observed a place where the staff genuinely tries to smooth over the rough edges, such as attending quickly to a broken drawer. It seems like the location is both a blessing, with its proximity to Union Square, and a curse, given the neighborhood's noise issues. For families or business travelers needing a centrally located base with a responsive team, this might suffice, with a hope that planned upgrades address the dated aspects.”
