the location proved convenient. It was right in leicester square. My room was surprisingly neat and modern. The bed was comfy and the tv worked well. the staff allowed for an early check-in, which i appreciated.

the room lacked a window and this affected the air quality. i sometimes was like i could not ventilate the space well enough.

The location near leicester square underground was convenient for getting around. the super nice team with directions and recommendations. i especially liked having complimentary bottled water in the room. It was a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing.

The room was on the smaller side. Managing luggage for two people was a bit tight. i definitely had to keep everything organized to move around comfortably.
