Suites feature amenities, including tea and coffee facilities, sitting areas, dining tables, patios, and free Wi-Fi. Kitchens are equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Select suites offer city views and private entrances. All rooms have flat-screen TVs with streaming services and private bathrooms. The Forrest suite offers a woodsy theme, while other suites feature designer furnishings such as banana leaf wallpaper. Some suites include a washing machine and dryer.

The Westlake has onsite restaurants. In suites, guests will find fully equipped kitchens with a stovetop, a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea and coffee maker.

The Westlake provides a rooftop patio accessible to all guests. The hotel offers free parking behind the building. Smoke detectors, strobe lights, and an emergency lighting system are installed, with exit maps available in each room.

The Westlake is in Etobicoke, a busy commercial hub. It is a 4-minute walk from Prince of Wales Park and 14 minutes by foot from Colonel Sam Smith Park. Marie Curtis Beach is 3.5 km away. The hotel is near shopping complexes and casual chain eateries, plus history-themed murals along Dundas Street West. The Toronto Islands are a 13-minute ferry ride away.
