The Victoria is a hotel designed for short-term stays. There's no current plan for longer-term accommodations, so it's not intended as a live-in property.
If I arrive around 9:30 pm on a Friday, how can I collect my room keys?

Checking in at 9:30 pm is absolutely fine. Keys can be collected from the bar, and for late arrivals after midnight, there's a lockbox service with a pre-arranged code.
Can I request a single bed to be added to a double room for my stay?
