street noise late maintenance
The staff was friendly, but the room's cleanliness met expectations. It was acceptable.
I found the noise levels unacceptable. The windows didn't block sound at all. i heard street noise and music from the nearby bar very clearly. maintenance work occurred late at night. They offered earplugs instead of stopping, frustrating.

the room design was modern. the facilities provided were great. the selection of room music was thoughtful. food was also good.
i thought i had booked somewhere with a pool. apparently it's only rooms that have a pool. this wasn't clear when i booked, so i was abit confused. the hotel has a bar attached that has music playing till late every night.

adequate, but noisy
high noise level unwelcome insects
the staff was friendly enough.
The noise level was high. Sleeping was difficult. the busy road outside made for constant disturbances. also, i found a roach and some worms crawling under the suite door, a rather unwelcome surprise.
