Location and Transport
The Schneider Hotel is located on the slopes of Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort. It is steps away from the Kandahar and Utopia lifts, and a short walk or slide down to Hikage Gondola Station, the Kids Park, and the Japan Ski Museum. The oversnow meeting point for arrivals is outside the Craft Room Cafe, opposite the Nagasaka Gondola. A regular snow van shuttle runs to/from the hotel from 5:15 PM to 10:15 PM. The hotel is 100 km from Matsumoto. Public parking costs JPY 500 per day. A shuttle bus runs from both recommended parking lots to P1 near Nagasaka Gondola. During the day, the Moving Walkway is a convenient route to the hotel.
