The Saint Paul Hotel has 255 guest rooms and suites. Choose from a Standard Single Queen with a Queen-size bed and Rice Park view; Deluxe King with a King bed and writing desk with views overlooking Rice Park or downtown Saint Paul; Deluxe Double with two Double beds and a writing desk; Landmark King with a four-poster King bed, sitting area, and Landmark Center view; or an Executive King with a four-poster King bed, executive-size work desk, and Landmark Plaza view. The Ambassador Suite is available and can be extended to connect to a Deluxe room. The Park Suite has two baths and a four-poster king bedroom connected to a parlor with French doors, a dining table for ten, and a sitting area for up to six. The Ordway Suite includes a king bedroom, one and a half baths, a parlor with dining seating up to eight, a sitting area for up to six, and a wet bar. Rooms include mini-bars, Bosch induction cooktops, Samsung Bespoke refrigerators, and Miele dishwashers.

The St Paul Grill offers American cuisine and classic cocktails for hotel guests, locals, and tourists. The restaurant features appetizers, seafood, steaks and proteins, and seasonal specials.
