excellent stay, friendly staff

the staff were friendly from reception. the pool area was super clean. the room was pre-cooled upon my arrival. i also received an upgrade to a ground-level room because of the stairs.
there is no designated area on the hotel for pets to toilet. walking to a vacant, unlit lot about 100 meters away is inconvenient and unsafe at night.

my room had a microwave, toaster, and kettle. plates and cutlery were also in my room. this made simple meals easy.

there is a pool for relaxation. a smaller, shallow pool is under cover. this is perfect for young children who want to have fun.

The staff were very friendly and possessed AMAZING local knowledge. They kept my luggage safe after checkout, due to my onward travel. The room had generous storage plus surfaces. I REALLY appreciated the good shower pressure alongside excellent temperature control.

the pool is deep and very nice i liked the bbq and chairs near the pool the bbq kit was awesome. i found easy free parking near the hotel. the location allows immediate access to the strand and the cbd.

Solid stay with great features

The shower pressure was excellent. The pool area had a BBQ setup, which I thought was a nice touch (really adds value). The room had all necessary amenities for a short stay. I found the location convenient. Easy to walk to nearby attractions.
I noticed the curtain hooks were broken. An elastic band served as a temporary fix. This should be addressed to prevent further inconvenience.

The hotel provides laundry facilities . There is a pool area with a BBQ. Plenty of parking is available on the premises directly outside the rooms.
