a romantic lakeside retreat
really good service great massage wonderful views
the reception and bar staff were helpful. i found a great massage at the spa. i appreciated the choice between the lake, the pool, and the sulphur thermal pool. the room had wonderful views (it felt so special).

underwhelming stay
strong sulphur smell cramped room
the location was acceptable close to the town center and ferry services
the sulphur smell from the thermal pool permeated everywhere i went this made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor spaces the room itself felt cramped with hardly any space to move around or place my suitcase i also found the cold jacuzzi disappointing i expected a more relaxing experience.

helpful staff friendly staff wide selection sulphur smell tiny room parking view
the staff were AMAZING. they were so helpful and friendly. the hotel was super clean. the breakfast was unbelievably good, quite a wide selection WAS available. i loved that they had quite a few non-alcoholic options too.
everywhere you walked YOU can smell the sulphur from the pool. tiny room COULDN'T move, there was not even space for a suitcase. balcony was full of flies so you couldn't sit outside. car park view from room was a disappointment for the money we paid. electric gate was annoying, EVERYTIME you wanted to enter and exit you had to get in and out of the car, especially when it's raining
