the location was really good, close to everything. i also found the staff to be helpful with directions and local tips, it was nice.

the street noise late at night was pretty bad. i feel like better windows could really help that. the room was too hot and i couldn't ajust the heating, it was uncomfortable.

honestly, the noise was a bit much. i could hear EVERYTHING from the street outside until the wee hours. double glazing, maybe? also, the breakfast was.. underwhelming. not many choices and portions were tiny. the buffet looked sad and empty when i finally got there.

the central location was acceptable (it really is in the heart of things).

The room i booked had cleanliness issues. It was very disappointing. also, the noise from the street was constant. Sleep was difficult. street noise and a lack of cleanliness do not.

Linda at reception was very helpful. The other staff were also helpful and kind. Car parking was included just around the corner. It was very helpful.

The single beds moved easily. Even getting into the bed caused movement. The hotel does not offer breakfast and no vending machines are available needing refreshments during the night.
