Mixed Experience Due to Noise and Maintenance

loud music kettle issue

The discount on food and drink was a welcome perk.

The noise from the bar downstairs was a real issue. Music played until late and made sleep difficult. I also had no hot water for a morning shower, and the kettle didn't fit under the tap so I had to fill it using a cup.

riverfront location boat cruise friendly staff nightclub operation late noise unacceptable noise

the location near the riverfront was excellent. a boat cruise departed directly outside. the staff members were friendly and helpful. the shower was great and provided a refreshing experience.

the hotel operated as a nightclub every night i was there. the music and noise continued until late, disturbing sleep. the noise level was unacceptable due to the bar below.

decent stay in a good location

the location was ideal as a base to start from. the room was really clean. everythink we needed was there.

the sister bar was advertised as being open and food available at a discount. it was not serving food. check-in was after 3pm, but we could leave our bags after 1pm. unfortunately, the hotel did not open until 3pm.

I found the location convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and always available. I appreciated the cleanliness. My room was super clean upon arrival. The bar downstairs provided a fun atmosphere, and i enjoyed having a late drink there.

The staff was indeed cute and helpful! I especially appreciated the discount on food and drinks. The location is perfect, placing you close to central attractions. The beautiful River Ouse setting enhances the stay greatly.

Access to rooms involves navigating steep stairs. There is no elevator available.
