really good experience at the hotel
excellent room gorgeous lighting comfortable bed
the room size impressed me greatly. i loved the in-room fridge. the bathroom lighting was gorgeous and quite effective, the shower was also amazing. the bed provided great comfort and support.
The valet service was slow to retrieve my car. I waited longer than i anticipated.

The hotel is near rodeo drive and hollywood boulevard, allowing convenient access on foot. This makes several attractions easily accessible. the area surrounding the hotel feels very secure, allowing guests to explore without concern. it is also close to the beach

breakfast surpassed my expectations, with a wide variety of food choices and great presentation. the service during breakfast was also notable, with a nice ambience. i found the city views to be amazing!

the staff was very professional and attentive to every need. the valet service offered easy in and out access for vehicles, saving significant time, and the front desk was always very responsive. the level of care was appreciated.

the rooms are large with a good layout and design. housekeeping maintained a consistent cleanliness standard throughout my stay, accommodating my changing schedule. the bathroom had premium lighting, and i really appreciated the comfy bed.

limited menu small fitness center
I found a couple things lacking. the in-room dining menu felt limited, and the choices didn't quite match the expectations. also the fitness center was smaller than anticipated. It had only a few machines and weights. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the room was a vista suite and it was very spacious. the balcony views were nice. the staff was helpful and friendly. the rooftop pool was a highlight. it had good drinks and atmosphere, we loved the pool! but the view was amazing. the rooftop vibe was great.
I wished the breakfast had more options. It felt a bit limited.

the staff opened doors and provided quick assistance, and they were always helpful. customer service was a priority, and this contributed significantly to a smooth stay. we felt valued as guests.

the hotel bar served excellent cocktails, prepared with great skill. we also ordered appetizers before dinner one evening, and both the food and drinks were great. there was really always good food
