The King Alfred enjoys a convenient location, often mentioned for its proximity to Street shopping centre and being under 10 minutes from Glastonbury. Guests appreciate the well-equipped rooms, which typically include tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits and pod coffee machines, along with a fridge and hairdryer; plus soft, white towels are provided in the shower room. Some have noted the occasional wear on carpets, but overall, it's seen as good value for money, with a decent dinner and good full English breakfast available.
