the pool was acceptable and offered a refreshing break from the heat.

the room's soundproofing was poor. i could hear every noise from adjacent rooms. the shower produced hot water for only a brief period, maybe five minutes. the provided bicycles were old, so cycling became quite difficult on roads with heavy traffic.

The landscape is beautiful. Mountains are visible during the day. at night, the resort features lighting across the hotel. the staff speaks english well (which helps with communication). i booked tours through the hotel with success. i recommend utilizing the available trips.

The shower temperature was unstable. The hot water ran out quickly during use.

the location WAS gorgeous, surrounded by mountains. the pool IS fine, like the views. the staff IS so great, they helped with everything.

the path to get to the resort, IS long AND bumpy. the towels didn't FEEL clean, i washed them AGAIN. the breakfast, it WAS disappointing for what it cost.

i found the location beautiful. mountains surrounded the hotel. the pool area was amazing and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. i loved the food, it was tasty and flavorful, i needed that after long days.

the bungalow i stayed in was spacious with a nice bathroom. everything was clean and well-kept. the bed was comfortable and i slept well, though the soundproofing could have been slightly better
