uncomfortable pillow restless night

the staff provided me with an extra pillow without any issues when i requested it. the team seemed happy to help.

I found the single pillow provided to be quite uncomfortable. it didn't give my neck the support i needed, resulting in a restless night. I tossed and turned quite a bit. i really hoped for a better sleep experience.
