The staff accommodated my every need. The food was delicious.

The room was small. The bathrooms were BIG, surprisingly. I could hear almost EVERYTHING when trying to sleep. The sound insulation was poor.

the resort is central, among many shops. the beach right there is good for swimming and spotting turtles. the breakfast options included are fantastic.

The curtains were not clean. They had stains and holes.

the location was acceptable, offering easy access to nearby restaurants.

Our melati two-bedroom villa private pool was not properly cleaned. I found clumps of hair in the outside shower, unacceptable (i expect better hygiene). the ensuite sink also had pink mold around the plug, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.
