Wonderful Stay, I'd Return!

The valet, Diondre, was helpful. He assisted with our chaotic departure. All employees were nice and very helpful. Maleeha provided an informative tour of the penthouse, it was such a treat.

The balcony door was hard to unlock.

I found chef Mario to be courteous and friendly. The food was warm and delicious. My omelet was cooked to order. Grits were very creamy, I enjoyed every bite. Chef Mario made sure my friend and I were pleased with everything.

My king bed room was clean and well kept. The room was quiet, it was perfect for getting good rest. I found the bed to be very comfortable. I will definitely book this type of room again. It was AMAZING!!!

the location was really convenient for getting around.

the room thermostat wasn't working when i got there and someone supposedly fixed it but a couple hours later, water was leaking from the ceiling and made the floor wet. i had to change rooms and got a free breakfast because of it. the breakfast was a buffet that was below average, so i'm glad i didn't pay for it.
