Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa features 47 rooms across three floors. The rooms include single beds, bedside tables, wardrobes with drawers, desks, chairs, sofas, and coat hangers. Dining options
The resort has two restaurants. The main restaurant offers dishes from chef Alberto Lazzarini and wines selected by maître Roberto Podda. La Piazzetta, located by the chalet pool, offers outdoor dining with cold and warm dishes, juices, salads, and snacks. La Piazzetta's menu includes warm fish and meat dishes, mixed salads, poke, bagels, sandwiches, desserts, ice cream, fresh juices, hot chocolate, coffee, and fresh drinks. Breakfast is served in the hotel veranda from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Lunch at the hotel restaurant is at 1 PM and dinner at 8 PM. La Piazzetta serves lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM and dinner from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The restaurant provides a Health Path guide for healthy dietary choices. Dietary needs such as diabetes, celiac disease, and food intolerances can be accommodated.
Leisure and wellness
The resort features thermal pools in a 50,000m2 park at the foot of Colle Berta. Pools are open daily from 9:30 AM to midnight. Facilities include whirlpools, neck surges, Kneipp paths, hydrobikes, and aquarunners. The Neró Spa New Experience offers rituals using thermal water and mud from the Euganean Hills. Treatments include mud therapy, aerosol, inhalation, lymphatic drainage, laser therapy, electrotherapy, ultrasound, and magnetotherapy. Guests can use a Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, hammam, salt room, and sensory deprivation pool.
Location and surroundings
Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa is located in Montegrotto Terme, near Abano Terme, on the slopes of the Euganean hills, a few kilometers from Padova and Venice. The hotel is in the Euganean thermal basin. Guests can visit villas, castles, monasteries, and churches. Trails in the Euganean hills are accessible for hiking and biking. The hotel is 65 km from Marco Polo Airport.
