The room was spacious and clean. Everything was within a short walk from my room.

The staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating! I told a client to come by for a business proposal and gave the reception his car details. the security didn't have his details when he arrived and didn't let him in. The room phone didn't work. I made over five attempts to call, and she still asked for the same details I had already given. My client couldn't wait, and I lost a big deal.

terrible soundproofingdated rooms

i encountered some issues that detracted from my stay. the room i was given had terrible soundproofing (i could hear every footstep from the room above). also, if a neighbor smoked, the smell permeated into my room, lingering unpleasantly. the rooms felt a bit dated overall.

i booked a serambi double or twin room. the room was spacious. the beach was clean and nice. kids enjoyed running around at the resort. they also had fun at the beach and pool (especially the pool).

the room phone didn't work in my room. i had to use my own phone. i had to call more than five times before anyone answered. my client couldn't wait and i lost business.
