The staff go the extra mile to help you with anything you need.
The villa was quite outdated. Mosquito nets were full of dead insects, and some lights did not work.. Check-in was also delayed. I had to wait two hours past the stated check-in time.

I LOVED the beach access, it made snorkeling at the biorock super easy. the lawns were beautifully maintained. Staff were always sweeping leaves. i enjoyed a massage every day because the spa was that good and available!
the breakfast buffet, while filling, didn't have the highest quality ingredients.

The resort is directly on the beach, which I loved. Breakfast on the beach was a highlight, especially because it was included. The grounds are immaculate. I also appreciated the proximity to local dining options right on the beach.
The connected TV in the room wasn't properly set up when I arrived, requiring a staff visit to fix it.

The hotel has a lovely location directly on the beach. gardens are beautiful. the food at the restaurant had great quality. It was like such a treat. i was pleased to find a diving center right next to the hotel. It made exploring the underwater world so easy.
The electric lighting in my bungalow was insufficient. It made it difficult to see clearly at night.

The restaurant offers many tables directly on the beach, providing an intimate atmosphere. the food selection is good with plenty of options within walking distance. I really loved the variety available. there is also live music during evenings that enhanced the romantic ambiance.

The grounds are well-kept. there are two very nice swimming pools. the hotel also provides a laundry service, convenient for longer stays. It felt very efficient. plenty of sunbeds are available on the beach.
