The reception staff was very cute, POLITE, and professional. My room was impeccably clean and quite spacious. The hotel also has a relaxing pool. I found several great dining options right at the hotel. The food was delicious. I really appreciate the unique local crafts available in the on-site shops.
The skydeck bar was average, though the rooftop views are fine.

The hotel is very close to local attractions. Travel to the Taj Mahal took only a short tuk-tuk ride. This proximity made sightseeing convenient and easy.

i found the service attentive amit was especially awesome i also appreciated the relaxing atmosphere i noted nice views from the premises the food i had was good i was happy with my visit
the bed i used was not comfortable i felt the spring mattress i had was low quality it did not offer good support i found the breakfast variety to be lower than i expected the overall standard was also lower i was not fully pleased

The staff was friendly and helpful! the food was top notch, especially the prawn dishes from the rooftop sky deck. amit and mukesh provided excellent service. We felt well taken care of and valued.
upon checkout, i found the car returned covered in dust on all the windows.

the service staff, including ramesh and priyanh, offered the best possible service, they were always available and willing to assist! ms jasmin and sakshi were supportive and courteous. manoj and the front desk staff were wonderful too.

the pool area is recently renovated and is one of the highlights. the hotel lobby is gorgeous. we enjoyed homemade lemonade during check-in and there were two lovely labradors to pet, so cute!

The hotel is located on the main road. Access and conveyance are comfortable. the location is perfect, a fifteen minute drive from the train station. the taj mahal is only a five minute drive, so convenient.

the breakfast buffet had a good spread of dishes and it was tasty. the breakfast was pretty good and the staff like romesh provided great service. i enjoyed indian options and the bigger a la carte menu was great, too!
