“The hotel's conference facilities and proximity to Lake Sempach create a dual appeal, and the extensive event spaces suggest capability in hosting large gatherings. While accessibility features are a plus, reports of inconsistent service, particularly towards Asian guests, give me pause. These issues need addressing to align with the property's ambitions.”
