calm atmosphere helpful staff breakfast selection relaxing pool
The hotel exuded calmness. The staff were helpful and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide selection. I found the pool area relaxing in the evenings. It was a great way to unwind after a day.
The lift was out of service and there were many stairs. It might be challenging with mobility issues.

The room was spacious and very comfortable with good equipment. I enjoyed the balcony, where I relaxed and looked over the pool. The greenery softened the area. The bed featured soft linens and comfortable pillows.

helpful staff quick reservation birthday treat dark room broken lift advance payment
the receptionist was very helpful with my reservation. he and the manager fixed it quickly. i even got strawberries and cava for a birthday. the staff paid attention to detail.
i was asked to pay before seeing the room. my room felt dark and gloomy. the lift was broken and wouldn't be repaired. it wasn't ideal with so many stairs, because i have a painful hip.

Uneven Experience at Quiet Hotel
unreliable wifi breakfast omission
I had a couple of issues that detracted from my stay. The promised wifi was practically nonexistent in my room, so that became a real hassle. I wasn't pleased that my request for an early breakfast on my departure day wasn't accommodated. There was no pre-prepared plate even though breakfast was included.

The hotel's design promoted relaxation. I found parking easy and always available. the hotel fostered a sense of serenity, very cute for a peaceful stay. the pool seating offered a beautiful setting, it created a nice spot to unwind.
i noticed wifi connectivity in my room was sometimes spotty, it was a slight inconvenience.

the room was spacious. it had its own balcony overlooking the pool, a feature i appreciated. the restaurant offered excellent food and attentive service. the staff were cute and professional..
the wifi was not reliable in the room. this was a considerable inconvenience . suites above the bar experienced noise from doors until late. noise also started early in the morning.

breakfast buffet friendly staff water pressure smaller room
the breakfast buffet provided a lot of choice. i also found the staff to be very helpful and friendly . the hotel is calm and quiet, a welcome change. i enjoyed having a drink by the pool at the end of the evening.
the first night i experienced no hot water and not much water pressure in the shower. this was a problem. the hotel seemed to upgrade me without consulting me to a smaller room.

unhelpful managers expensive spa
The breakfast buffet offered excellent options. The eggs benedict were especially good.
The front desk managers had an attitude, quite indifferent actually. They were distinctly unhelpful. For example, I asked to borrow an umbrella during heavy rain but they refused. They also tried to charge 75 euros for the spa. It only included a sauna and shower. Madness.
