The Surf Ranch features Nicaragua's largest skateboard park, a water slide, a splash pad water park, and a rock climbing wall. The skateboard park suits beginners to pros, with rentals and lessons available. The water slide connects the top restaurant to the pool and swim-up bar. The splash pad is pirate-themed with a small waterslide. There is also a sand volleyball court, and a private gym with a treadmill, bike, weights, exercise ball, yoga mats, and a weight machine.
