Charming stay with excellent amenities!

excellent pools sea view free bikes helpful staff

The indoor and outdoor pools offer great recreation opportunities. The Venta restaurant provides superb cuisine directly on the seaside. Free bikes are available for exploring the area and come in sizes for the whole family. All staff members were helpful. Their friendliness impressed me.

The soundproofing in the rooms wasn't perfect. I could hear some outside noise, though it wasn't too disruptive.

The staff at the Venta bar were generous and cheerful, really enhancing the dining experience. I noticed a bit of a contrast at the reception where the welcome felt a little cold, which seemed inconsistent with the other positive experiences.

i got a superior twin room with a sea view. the breakfast included a good selection of foods. also, the staff was very friendly, it.

the shower was a nightmare. it pushed really cold or really hot water. the phone didnt work in my room. no maintenance came , i dont like that.

The breakfast included a variety of foods. The hotel provided free bikes to ride into town. This was convenient. The main restaurant served good food.

The hotel allows smoking on the balcony! so it might affect some guests.

Excellent stay by the sea

easy access indoor pool helpful staff promenade walk

The location opposite the beach allowed easy access. A nice walk along the promenade led to the main town. The indoor pool was a great alternative on cooler days. The staff were very helpful (they assisted with all our requests).

The room's heating and air conditioning system only blew cold air, not ideal.

The staff ordered a taxi for an early morning trip to the airport and it was ready promptly. They provided attentive, friendly, and accommodating service throughout my visit. I found the reception staff did their best.

The room had tea and coffee making facilities. It was very clean and offered great views. This room offered a comfortable sofa where one could sit and read. (This was a welcome addition).

The breakfast was very good. The hotel had good dining facilities. There is also a shop on site. This makes it easy to get everything you need during your stay.

poor air conditioning high noise level

The air conditioning barely worked. the room was too warm. the noise level was pretty bad. I could hear everything happening in the hallway at all hours. it was impossible to sleep!
